Hun, you will settle in. (The only reason I haven't adjusted is that I don't know anyone in Indiana other than Eric, who lives an hour south.) You need to ask your professor with whom he talked at DGS about you missing that class. Then, speak with that person and explain your reasoning for missing the class and the fact that the class is ungraded and "no pressure." Missing one class does not warrant elevation to DGS, in my opinion.
