mighty_aphroditeNew installation has restored 16 bit color. Thank God. I've installed Office XP and such, established an internet connection, and am installing windows updates from the internet. Still can't change the color or resolution settings, nor do I have any sound. As far as I can tell, I am having driver problems. However, I know nothing about computers beyond what is needed to use the thing for my everyday needs, so it's just going to stay messed up.
